When this might feel relevant
You want to bring something up but do not know how to begin. You may be rehearsing a conversation, trying to understand a disagreement or hoping to communicate a limit more clearly.
This is individual coaching focused on your reflection and communication choices. It is not couples therapy, mediation, abuse intervention or a way to diagnose another person’s behaviour.
What we can explore
- Describe a situation using specific observations.
- Recognise the needs and assumptions you bring to it.
- Practise making a request and listening to a response.
- Consider what is within your control if the conversation differs from your hopes.
A small place to begin
Write what happened in one sentence, without guessing the other person’s intention. What would you like to ask for?
What working together could involve
We begin with your situation and agree on a useful focus. A session may include reflection, a practical exercise or preparation for a real-life moment. You decide which step to try, and we review what you notice. Format, duration, fees and availability are discussed before booking.
Coaching supports personal growth and everyday choices. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. The first conversation should help establish whether this focus fits your needs and the coach’s scope.
