A little space for yourself.सब्र से, सुकून तक।

Together / Guided group reflection

A shared space. Room to be yourself.

A space for guided group reflection on emotions, boundaries and the experience of everyday life.

Some reflections grow in conversation

The Sabar Circle is a small-group coaching format where a shared theme becomes a starting point for individual reflection. You can listen, consider a prompt and decide what you feel comfortable sharing.

The circle is designed around learning and personal growth. It is not group therapy and does not offer treatment or crisis support.

Themes we could explore

  • Naming what you feel and what you need.
  • Boundaries without lengthy explanations.
  • Making room for yourself alongside your responsibilities.
  • Self-trust through a season of change.
  • Journaling, reflection and the next small step.

A possible session rhythm

A circle could begin with a check-in and a simple group agreement. A guided prompt introduces the theme, followed by individual writing and optional sharing. We close with a reflection to take into everyday life.

Participation should not require sharing private experiences. Listening is also a way to take part. There should be no recording without a separate, explicit agreement.

The group agreement matters

Respect, choice and consideration for others need to be clear before a group begins. Participants would be asked to avoid sharing another person’s story outside the circle. As with any group, complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed by the coach alone.
